You're grieving… me too.

Questions people ask us

Everything you might want to know before you say your first word here — and it's okay if that first word takes a while.

Who is this community for?

Anyone carrying a loss. That includes the death of a partner, parent, child, sibling, friend or pet — and also losses people don't always name out loud, like divorce, the end of a relationship, a miscarriage, or losing a job or a promotion you'd built your life around.

If it hurts, it counts here.

What does "Me Too" mean?

Instead of a like button, we have "Me too." It's the quietest, truest thing one grieving person can say to another: I know this. I'm in it as well.

You can tap it on any post or memory. No advice required.

What is a grief circle?

A circle is a room for one kind of loss — losing a parent, losing a child, pet loss, divorce, career loss, and more. You can read without posting for as long as you like.

Every circle has gentle conversation starters if you want somewhere to begin.

Is this therapy or counseling?

No. This is peer support — people who understand because they're grieving too. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a crisis service.

If today feels unsafe, please call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number.

Who can see what I write?

Your check-ins, your journal, and the dates you save are private to you. Posts, replies, memories and your profile bio are visible to other signed-in members.

Your email address is never shown to anyone.

What is "find a shoulder"?

It's one-to-one support. You post a short request, and we surface people who've lived a similar loss. If you both agree, you get a private thread — just the two of you.

Is there a right amount of time to grieve?

No. Grief doesn't come with an expiration date. Whether your loss was yesterday or nineteen years ago, you belong here — including on the ordinary days when the memories just hit differently.

What does it cost?

Joining, reading, posting and leaning on someone are free. There are optional supporter tiers for people who want to help keep the community running.

I joined the waitlist — what happens next?

You'll get a welcome email from us, and an invitation to your first circle as we open the doors group by group. We keep the pace slow on purpose so every new person is actually met.

How do supporter memberships work?

Supporting Member is $9 a month or $90 a year. Sustaining Member is $25 a month. Every tier is optional — circles, memories, journaling and finding a shoulder stay free whether or not you ever pay a cent.

Supporters get a small ♥ Supporter mark on their posts. That's it — no extra rooms, no better grief.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Card details are entered on our payment processor's secure checkout and are never stored by us or visible to anyone in the community. We only keep your plan, its status and the renewal date.

Can I cancel my membership?

Any time, from the membership page — no email, no phone call, no reason required. You keep supporter access until the end of the period you already paid for, then it simply stops.

Do you offer refunds?

If you were charged by mistake, or grief made the timing wrong, write to us and we'll refund the most recent payment. We would rather return money than have anyone feel trapped.

Where does the money go?

Hosting, moderation, safety review and keeping the community free for people who can't pay. Nobody's grief is behind a paywall here.

Can I delete my account and everything in it?

Yes, at any time, from your profile. Your posts, memories, journal and check-ins go with it.

Still carrying it alone?

You don't have to. Come sit with people who can honestly say “me too.”
